Our Story

Portl is being developed to solve four main problems: 1) It’s expensive to find and hire freelancers, 2) Freelancers need channels to market, 3) People get frustrated applying for jobs online, and 4) Existing platforms dilute freelancer rates. Our goal is to become the go-to place for finding freelancers, globally.

Intern

We’re also looking for London-based students looking for part-time work experience in the tech / start-up space. This is currrently un-paid work, however you’ll gain insight into how an early-stage start-up works, plus some valuable experience to bolster your CV as you approach graduation. We’re completely flexible on the amount of time people can commit, so it could be one day, several half days, or even a few hours per week. The location will be a shared workspace in the Shoreditch area. Would suit people studying business, marketing or creative subjects.
